  • Our minimum truck fee is $600 for up to 2 hours. Every additional hour is $200 minimum.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit plus any travel fees is required to reserve any private event.

  • Pricing does not include 8% sales tax or 3% surcharge for credit card payments.

  • $2 travel fee per mile applies for travel more than 30 miles away.

What you need to know

We’re excited to explore how our Twisted Smoke Food Truck will enhance your private event. Please consider the following details when requesting our food truck.

Planning Your Event:

  • Twisted Smoke Food Truck serves from March 17th through the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

  • All food is made to order. The food truck can make approximately 60 to 75 meals per hour, depending on the menu options.

  • For budgeting purposes, we recommend planning $11+ per full meal. Add $1 if drinks are being served.

  • The truck will arrive 30 to 40 minutes before the event begins to set up.

  • Our truck will need a level area approximately the size of 2 parking spaces for parking and service. The truck also requires an 11-foot height clearance.

  • Our truck does not require a power source. We run off a generator. If you do not want a generator running during your event, you must provide an adequate power source such as a 120-volt power box, preferably on its own breaker.

  • At approximately 30 minutes to the end of event, we will let you know what your balance is. If there is money left to spend to meet your minimum, we would much rather you and your guests get more food.

  • After the event a final bill will be provided and a receipt can be emailed after payment.

  • We will need 20 to 30 minutes for cleanup.


Fees:

  • Our minimum truck fee is $600 in sales for up to 2 hours of service. For each additional hour we require 4200 minimum in sales.

  • If your event is between Thanksgiving and St. Patrick’s Day, we may be able to accommodate you, weather permitting, but our minimum sales requirement for 2 hours is $750 with each additional hour at $250.

  • Sales minimums do not include 8% sales tax or 3% credit card processing fee.

  • A deposit of $100 and any travel fee is required to secure your event date and time. Your deposit also locks menu pricing.

  • There is a $2 per mile travel fee for events more than 30 miles away from our kitchen.

  • The $100 deposit is nonrefundable if we do not drive to the event.

  • Balance due at the end of the event is calculated by either the total sales or minimum fees - whichever is greater, minus the $100 deposit.

    • Example: A 3-hour event would require $800 minimum in sales ($600 for the first 2 hours and an additional $200 for the third hour).

    • If sales were more than $800: The total amount of sales would be added to 8% sales tax minus the $100 deposit.

    • If sales were less than $800: The total amount of sales would be added to the amount to reach the $800 minimum, plus 8% sales tax, minus the $100 deposit.

  • No personal checks accepted. Business checks are accepted if the event is at the business.


Menu & Pricing

  • Our menu serves 6 items. Please choose a brisket option, chicken option, and a sausage option. If no options are chose, we will serve our standard menu at the time.

  • Gluten-free buns and hard, corn taco shells are available on the trust for $1 extra per order.

  • All menu pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

  • The menu price is locked once a deposit has been paid and the date is confirmed.

  • Menu options come with a side. Please select one side dish for your event. Kettle chips are always available.

  • If, as a host, you plan to pay the entire tab, please determine if drinks, cookies and single tacos/ small mac-n-cheese can be served and whether guests have a limit on what amount they can order.

  • We will provide all necessary items for food consumption such as condiments, cutlery, napkins, etc.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Twisted Smoke Food Truck will always keep private bookings whatever the weather forecast. We will show up on time and ready to serve guests. In weather emergencies, we will follow the instruction of civil authorities. In such cases, we will refund all deposits if no travel has happened.

  • All refunds will be determined on an individual basis for unforeseen circumstances.
