We're glad you asked! A J2 Pit Pop starts with a single-bone pork shank muscle, seasoned with our flavorful blend of spices and smoked to bring out that irresistible BBQ goodness.
As the meat smokes, the bone becomes exposed, creating a convenient, built-in handle. The result? A handheld BBQ experience that's as fun to eat as it is delicious.
Each Pit Pop weighs approximately 1/3 to 1/2 pound, delivering a hearty helping of smoky satisfaction.
