Custom Food Requests:
We will happily work with customizing special menu requests with the help from our partner, Gratitude Catering, and will work with any special requests for food allergies.
Catering Options
Pulled Package - $11 per person - Our juicy pulled pork served with creamy Cole Slaw and our homestyle mac-n-cheese. By default, this option is served with 4” sandwich buns and our Memphis BBQ sauce.
Combo Package - $13 per person - Our juicy pulled pork and our smoked shredded chicken served with creamy Cole Slaw and our homestyle mac-n-cheese. This option is served with brioche slider buns, our Alabama White and our Memphis BBQ sauces.
Backyard BBQ - $14 per person - Pulled pork and your choice of one of our patties, served with creamy Cole Slaw and homestyle mac-n-cheese. This option is served with 4” sandwich buns and our Memphis and Honey Mustard BBQ sauces.
Sampler Package - $17 per person - Pulled pork, smoked shredded chicken, and sliced brisket served with creamy Cole Slaw and homestyle mac-n-cheese. This tasty sampling is served with brioche slider buns and our Memphis, Alabama White, and Texas BBQ sauces.
Open House Snack Pack - $7 per person - Pulled pork, smoked shredded chicken, and choice of one side - pasta salad, corn salad, Cole Slaw, or potato salad. Served with slider buns and our Memphis and Alabama White BBQ sauces. Perfect for offering a snack at your event.

Sandwich buns - Standard 4” buns
Brioche Dinner Rolls/ Slider Buns - Ideal if you want snack size sandwiches or a dinner roll.
Sliced White Bread - A traditional option served on the side to soak up the BBQ juices.
Cheddar Cornbread Muffins - Our own recipe of this southern staple.

Unlimited drink options are available with our Formal package.

Additional side options - $2 per guest, per side.
Additional meat options - $3.50 per guest, per meat. Premium meat charges are extra.
Additional bread option - $1 per guest, per bread option.
Garden Salad - $3 per guest (included in our formal package) - Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and croutons.
Dressing options (pick 2) - Ranch, French, Italian, raspberry vinaigrette, FF Ranch.
