Pulled Package – $10 per person ($12 per person for Chicken and Pork combo)

Choice of pulled pork or pulled chicken, served with our creamy Cole slaw and homestyle mac-n-cheese.

Sampler Package – $17 per person

Pulled pork, pulled chicken, and sliced brisket served with our creamy Cole slaw and homestyle mac-n-cheese.

BBQ Taco Bar – $11 per person ($13 per person for Chicken and Pork combo)

Choice of pulled pork or pulled chicken, served with our creamy Cole slaw and Mexican style rice.  Comes with flour tortillas,

hard corn shells, lettuce, salsa, queso fresco cheese, jerk sauce, and our Alabama white BBQ Sauce. 

Includes disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery.

What You Need to Know

GETTING STARTED

  • Determine your # of guests.  10 person minimum for drop off service, 50 person minimum for buffet service.

  • Determine Piggy or Catering package.

  • Pick menu items as necessary.

  • Determine service option – drop-off or buffet service.  (See below)

  • Contact us at info@j2bbq.com or call (260) 619-1511 to ask questions and begin your catering order

SERVICE OPTIONS

  • Drop off Catering

    • 10 person minimum with a 10% drop off fee added to the total food bill.

    • We will arrive 35/45 minutes before the event starts to set up.

    • We bring chafers, sternos, utensils, paper plates, cutlery, and napkins.

    • We will need two or three 8’ tables for the food buffet and an additional table for drinks if ordered.

    • While we would appreciate your help in saving serving utensils and chafing stands, all equipment is disposable. If you do save it, J2 will schedule pick up of the equipment within 48 hours.  Pick up will be scheduled before delivery.

  • Buffet Service Catering

    • 50 person minimum with a 20% drop off and service fee added to the total food bill.

    • We will arrive 35/45 minutes  before the event starts to set up.

    • We bring chafers, sternos, utensils, paper plates, cutlery, and napkins.

    • We will need two or three 8’ tables for the food buffet and an additional table for drinks if ordered. 

    • We will serve all guests in a buffet style line.

    • After all guests have been adequately served, we will clean up all buffet areas and depart

Leftovers – For buffet service, J2 wants to insure all your guests are fed and we do not run out of food. Assuming the actual guest count is similar to the contracted guest count, there should be food leftover at the end of the event. This food is the property
of J2BBQ, assuming we have fulfilled our obligation to serve the number of guests you have contracted. If there is a large difference in the number of actual guests and the number of plates served, J2BBQ will provide containers to package up an adequate amount of food as to fulfill our contractual obligations. No buffet serving stations will be left set up. J2BBQ will not leave any leftovers if the actual guest count equals or exceeds the contracted guest count. J2BBQ also will not assume any liability for the contents of the boxed food or its proper storage.

FOR ALL DROP OFF CATERINGS, ANY LEFTOVERS ARE THE PROPERTY OF WHOMEVER PURCHASED THE MEAL.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & FEES

  • A $100 deposit is due at time of contract. This must be paid online with a credit card.  All deposits will be credited to final balance at end of event.

  • An additional 50% deposit is due 14 days before the event. Final guest count is due at this time, and the deposit will be based on that guest count.  If the event is booked with less than 14 days until service, 50% would be at the time of the contract.

    • If a final guest count is not received, deposit will be based on original contract count

    • Once final count has been determined, either by a resubmission 14 days prior to event, or original contract if a new count is not submitted at that time, it may not be lowered. We will make every effort possible to accommodate additional guests after this date, but no guarantees.

    • If a buffet service catering is scheduled, and guest count drops below 50, a drop off service will be scheduled. 

    • ALL DEPOSIT EXCEPTIONS WILL BE DETERMINED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS WITH J2BBQ AND THE CUSTOMER.

  • A final invoice will be sent via email the day after the event and must be paid within 7 days.

  • The final invoice will be the total bill for all foods and drink minus all deposits paid and will include:

    • A 10% service fee for drop off service – OR –

    • A 20% service fee for buffet service

    • A 3% credit fee for payment online

    • All applicable taxes

      • If you are a tax exempt entity, we will need a copy of your exemption at the time the contract is signed.

    • A $2 travel fee per mile for any catering over 30 miles from our kitchen

      • Example: If an event is 40 miles away, there is an $80 travel fee

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds of deposits paid are as follows

    • A full refund of all deposits if cancelled over 14 days prior to event.  (Day final headcount is required)

    • 50% refund of all deposits if cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to event

    • No refund of deposits if cancelled with less than 8 days until event

    • ALL REFUNDS WILL BE DETERMINED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS FOR UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
